1. login to your blog and go to ‘Dashboard/Settings/Miscellaneous Settings/Uploading Files’

2. save uploading folder, for example: ‘images’ folder’, then click “save change”.

3. Login to your host account using cpanel/FTP software, right click the ‘images’ folder, and change your permissions to ‘All Write’ privileges, or “chmod 777″.

4. In your Dashboard, go to ‘Post/Add New’ , click button beside “upload/insert “, your image/media has now been uploaded to your host account.

5. Copy the url of the images and insert it in post or header. To change header, just go to ‘Dashboard/Appearance/editor” and edit head.php file.
